Refunds

WE DON’T HONOR REFUNDS

If order is eligible for a refund , it will be processed as store credit.

Refunds are processed as store credit, shipping fees are excluded from credit

It is the customer’s responsibility for return shipping.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

  • Include First and last name and order number
  • Once approved please ship items back to correct address. Once we receive the teams and it’s clear for acceptance, we will send your store credit through email.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an items please email us at Vianilush@gmail.com with first and last name and order number as well with all exchanges details. Approved exchange items must be in the same condition they were received and returned in original package/ tags.

Exchange shipping cost are at the expense of the customer to mail the item.

Damage or incorrect item

If damage or incorrect item please notify us within the 2 days of receiving your team to fix the issue. Iteams must be in the same condition they were received.
